BIOGRAPHY:
Formed in 1979 as a joke for the Battle of the Bands. The Heaves started to get calls from promoters in Detroit...TO...etc. The band had a good run 'til '81 and then packed it in. A renewed interest prompted a few reunion shows and an LP release in 2000. The band has reunited in 2002 and are touring with the Regurgitation Tour this fall. The Heaves recorded a show at the Capitol Theatre for their Sessions CD. Expect shows in Detroit, London and Toronto to follow. A 2002 CD is in the works.
