BIOGRAPHY:
Formed in the Fall of 2000 (under the name Hometown Loozers), Once by Chance have evolved from really bad three-piece pop-punk to four-piece, fast-pop-punk crap that plays shows in and around Windsor. All members are 16. Once By Chance is going at a fast pace and has a bright future in front of them.
