BIOGRAPHY:
Performing in the Detroit/Windsor area for the last 12 years, Gary
Komsic has made quite a name for himself. Whether it's with his
band or solo acoustic performances Komsic pleases audiences everywhere
with his versatile set list of cover songs or original material from his
two CD's. Cover material ranges from 60's Rolling Stones & C.C.R.
to current Creed & Kid Rock; not to mention 70's funk, dance &
blues. The debut CD release "All Night All
Day" has received many good reviews from local media i.e.
Real Detroit weekly & Jam Rag, and has received airplay on 101.1FM
WRIF radio Detroit MI, 101.5FM WWBN radio Burton MI & 101.3FM WSUE
radio Sault Ste. Marie MI just to name a few. The first release "All
Night All Day" is blues based funk rock & has sold hundreds of
copies locally. The new release "Preacher Man" is funky modern
hard rock set to be released in March 2002. Gary Komsic's CDs are available
in local area stores as well as online. Versatility & professionalisim
is what has kept Gary Komsic working 3 to 5 nights a week as a full time
musician in the area for the past 12 years & will for many more.
